Pros: Authentic Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. Large, family style portions. Cons: Waitstaff can be inattentive. No parking.

Good as usual. Food was good. Wok hay. Fully loaded. It was busy as usual. There were tons of orders waiting to be picked up. So call in advance and be prepared for the wait. It is worth the wait.

Authentic Cantonese cuisine in San Bruno! We came here on Saturday around 6 pm--this place fills up pretty quickly. Most of the tables are suitable for 4-6 people, but I'm sure they can easily combine tables to accommodate larger groups. *Rice Noodle Roll with Braised Beef Brisket Pot Where should I even start?? The beef brisket is braised perfectly with just the right amount of spice. The rice roll has absorbed all the flavor from the beef brisket, and the sticky sauce coats the rice roll beautifully. Because it's served in a pot, you can feel the 'wok hei', which adds an extra layer of complexity. You can ask for chilli sauce if you want it. *Fish Combo Rice Noodle Soup Love it--it's perfect for any occasion. The fish broth is hearty and warm, with the right amount of seasoning. They use mixian (thicker and smoother rice noodles) paired with fish cake, fish tofu, and fish fillet. I feel like they make the fish cake in-house which adds points. All the elements are cooked to perfection. It would be awesome if they had chili oil for an extra kick, perfect for people like me who enjoy spicy food. *Wonton Soup We also ordered a wonton soup. It's fine, not bad, but there are better places for wonton. I will definitely come back next time and try their congee and fried dough.

Hing Lung aka Ichi Ramen aka Hing Lung Ramen. IYKYK This place has to be among the best authentic Cantonese restaurants in the area with fairly reasonable prices. It's a no frills spot that gets jam packed with customers on nights and weekends. What we get: - Beef and tendon rice noodle roll: This is the dish to get. Yes, it's rich, but the tender chunks of beef and the rice noodle rolls are amazing. - Teriyaki beef and mushroom: This is probably the worst possible name for this dish, but it's ultra tender pieces of beef with mushrooms and green beans. It's on the pricier side (18.95?) but definitely worth getting. - Salt toasted spareribs: A little bit of salt, a little bit of jalapeno and a lot of flavor and goodness. Definitely something to get - Congee: Congee, you say? They make their congee and it comes steaming hot in a claypot. Tons of varieties to choose from and none too salty. They also have the chinese donuts, sugar version, etc. - Beef chow fun: Same story as above: Tender chunks of beef, wok hei noodles, and just the right amount of flavor - Sparerib claypot rice: What you would expect from a claypot rice with a splash of veggie to make you feel better - Singapore noodles: If you're craving some Singapore noodles, this place gets the job done The service is very efficient. One of the best places in the bay. There, I said it!
